PORTLAND, Oregon — A celebration of Black culture will be on display in February in Portland’s Old Town. Three floors of the Horizon Enterprise Building will be full of exhibits detailing Black history, music, influential figures and the next generation of Black creators.

“So, we call it our Black-Black History Month. We have the opportunity to work with Creative Homies in this building, who are two Black developers,” said Tory Campbell, interim director of culture with 1803 Fund, which organized the event.
