PORTLAND, Ore (KOIN) - Our next guests are putting on a Black History Month museum pop up with the Creative Homies at the Horizon Enterprise Building in Old Town! The Albina Music Trust and the 1803 Fund often center Albina as the historic heart of Black life in Portland, and Old Town is one of the first neighborhoods where Black folks settled in the city–the railroad brought families from out east in the late 1800s. Here to explain more is Juma Sei and Calvin Walker!
