PORTLAND, Ore. — Black History Month kicked off Saturday, with one big event coming to Old Town: A pop-up museum was hosted in the Horizon Enterprise Building for the first time ever.

Inside, there were three floors of activities to participate in, with the first floor serving as a gallery of photos and displays exhibiting Black history in Portland, the second floor serving as a third space for events like open mics and micro-cinema, and the third for small businesses and vendors.
