Set in Old Town — one of Portland’s earliest Black neighborhoods“Black, Black History Month” is more than a pop-up museum; it’s a reminder that Black history continues to be made.

“Black history is something that we live every day,” said Juma Sei, communications manager for 1803 Fund. “You wake up, you be Black, boom history.”
